The Trust Longevity Reward Program

PLEASE NOTE: As of 5:00 PM EST on November 19, 2025, the 2025 Longevity Reward opt-in process has been closed. Those who have opted in prior to this time will receive further communications from LongevityReward@trustinsurance.com in early December 2025 with information regarding the upcoming December 2025 payment distribution and how to claim their reward. Those who opt-in after 5:00 PM EST on November 19, 2025 will receive their 2025 Longevity Reward at a yet to be determined date in 2026 and will be contacted with further instructions in Spring 2026.

The Longevity Reward is a discretionary benefit offered by the American Insurance Trust to reward long-term policyholders. To participate, you must opt-in to receive payments electronically.

Agreement to Terms

By clicking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following eligibility requirements to participate in The Trust Longevity Reward Program:

  1. You must opt-in and provide information for electronic payment receipt of the reward payment.
  2. You must have been insured through The Trust Sponsored Professional Liability Insurance Program for five or more consecutive years.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “I Agree.” By not agreeing to these terms, you are opting out of the reward program.

Important Note: Participation in The Trust Longevity Reward Program now requires electronic receipt of payment. Not opting in will mean you will not be eligible for the discretionary reward from this program.

Legal Disclaimer: the Trust Longevity Reward Program is a discretionary benefit offered by the American Insurance Trust (“The Trust”) and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, including mandatory enrollment in electronic payment receipt.

Failure to opt-in to electronic payment delivery means a policyholder will not be eligible to participate in The Trust Longevity Reward Program.

By opting in, you authorize PNC Bank, our secure payment partner, to contact you as needed regarding your payment delivery method selection and to facilitate payment.

Electronic payment transactions will be processed in accordance with applicable banking regulations and NACHA guidelines. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
